Lilian Tibshraeny-MortenPresident: Lilian Tibshraeny-Morten, Florida

An ACARET Accredited Educator and an ARCB Approved CE Provider, Lilian is also a Licensed Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist and Occupational Therapist. Certified by the International Institute of Reflexology in 1983, Lilian became the Director of Education for the IIR in Florida from 1998-2001. Her studies in acupuncture began in 1994 at the Acupuncture Training Institute South Africa, the China Beijing International Training Center and the Beijing Acupuncture Hospital. She has taught reflexology in the UK, USA, Europe, Singapore, and Kuwait. She developed and hs taught The Twelve Meridians and Five Elements Workshops in South Africa, USA, Zimbabwe and UK. Lilian is the owner of  JLM Educational Training and author of Reflexology and Meridian Therapy.
  


  Vice President: Linda Chollar, California

Linda joined the ACARET team in 2008. She is an ACARET Accredited Educator. Her experience serving on various boards and her success as a businesswoman provides a broad perpective to serve ACARET. Adding a technical edge, she manages the ACARET website and online applications.  In the field of reflexology and wellness since 1991, Linda is licensed massage therapy instructor, polarity therapist, speaker, published author and ARCB CE provider. Her signature reflexology courses for pain management and  fibromyalgia are taught to reflexologists, nurses and recently in community health for seven years at Torrance Memorial Medical Center in CA.  In 2008, as his educational director, she began organizing U.S. classes for Dr. Jesus Manzanares from Barcelona, Spain..  Secretary: Juliebeth Mezzy, Virginia Beach

Juliebeth Mezzy received her certification in Reflexology in 1996 through the International Institute of Reflexology. She is an AAEd, ACARET accredited educator and an approved CE provider through ARCB and NCBTMB. In addition to teaching reflexology at massage schools for 11 years, she also teaches reflexology to professional therapists in spa locations.
Her background in reflexology and her experience as an educator and business owner brings added value to her service on the ACARET board of directors. Juliebeth's sense for detail and her sense of humor is especially appreciated.

 Treasurer: Tom Marziale, Ohio

Tom's dedication in serving on the ACARET board of directors for several terms, his experience as president of the Associated Reflexologists of Colorado for two-terms, and his skills as a retail business owner brings the needed stability for this position on the board.  Tom is certified in reflexology since 1990,  a Reiki Master/Teacher since 1996 and a Licensed Massage Practitioner in 2000 from Carnegie Institute of Massotherapy in Ohio .
His teachers include Sandi Rogers from Australia, Inge Dougans from South Africa and Bill Runquist from CA.  His personal business provides herbs, supplements, music, and metaphysical products and is named The Bridges to Health Healing Center in Akron, Ohio.

 

 

Director: Sandra Nelson, Houston, Texas

ACARET is so honored to have Sandra join the Board with her strong business organization, writing skills and eagerness to serve. She has operated her private reflexology practice in Houston since 2008 and is certified by the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC). Also a graduate of Derwen Holistic Therapies, a Reiki master and published author on alternative healing topics. In addition to her experience as an accomplished businesswoman, Sandra served two terms as an elected official on the Hermiston, Oregon City Council. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Marylhurst University. Sandra frequently puts this background to good use, organizing and sponsoring continuing education workshops for reflexologists, massage therapists and laypeople.
